UK shipping

Due to the size and weight of our products, we charge a Β£120 delivery fee on all furniture. 

For larger items, we provide a two-man delivery service, so that they are able to carry your order to a room of your choice. Please ensure that the order can fit in this room prior to delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues relating to this that may arise during delivery. Our delivery team are unfortunately unable to drill holes, so if you have ordered a headboard that is wall mounted you will need to arrange this separately.

All deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place for the goods to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items that are left in a safe place.

International shipping

Returns

As all items are bespoke and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on any of our products, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please make sure that you are entirely happy with your decision before placing an order.

We are a small, skilled team and we take huge pride in the quality of each item that we make. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order, however if you believe that your product is faulty, please do get in contact at hello@bylydia.co within 2 working days of receiving the goods, with your order number in the subject title. We cannot accept return/refund requests more than 2 days from receipt of goods.
